Overview of Services Provided: Napa Media, LLC offers content creation services for B2B SaaS and marketplace founders. Content Creation services start at $7,500 USD per month. 

Purchase Currency: The purchase currency is in USD.

Payment Terms: Our services are charged on a non-refundable monthly basis. Services are invoiced monthly with no long-term contracts, ensuring transparency and consistency in billing.

Fulfillment Policy (including Refund and Cancellation Policy): Given the nature of our services, we operate on a non-refundable basis. Cancellation of services can be made at any time, with the request that clients provide notice at least 10 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent month.

Credit Card Payments: Napa Media, LLC accepts payments via credit cards, processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI compliant. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments + ACH + wire transfers through Stripe.

Security and Privacy of Payments: We prioritize the security and privacy of our clients’ information. All credit card transactions and invoices are processed through Stripe’s secure platform.

Chargebacks and Disputes: In the unlikely event of a payment dispute, we urge clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We strive to address all concerns amicably and efficiently, adhering to our merchant accounts guidelines for dispute resolution.
